I am Research Engineer at Moodstocks, where I work on visual search problems. I graduated from EPFL and Idiap Research Institute, with a PhD thesis on algorithms and representations for automatic visual scene recognition, under the supervision of Prof. Barbara Caputo.

My broad interests are in the field of machine learning, computer vision and software engineering.
